Purpose of various objective lenses:

4X: the imaging of insects, paper money, maintenance of electronic motherboard, etc. (you can see objects alone) is clearer than that of magnifying glass.

10x: look at the cell, look for the image, and preliminarily zoom in.

20x: look at mites, aquatic products, etc.

Q: what does oil mean?

A: the bullet means that the end of the objective lens is equipped with a bullet sheath.
