SMT-QL80 for frame size: 180~250

SMT-QL140 for frame size: 280~355

4~8sets of stators per day according to stator frame size and slot fill factor

4# Tooling Changeover

1. OD is different, adjusting fixture directly.(15mins)

2. ID and slot shape is different, change the tooling.(Like attached.)

3. Pole is different, change the fixture rotating angle by foot switch, no need to change tooling.
