A. Description:

Electric Motor Coil Winding Machine / Multi-Layer Winding Machine

automatic coil winding machine is suitable for multi-connected and multi layer winding; wind 1-8 coils simultaneously at one time; automatic slot change, starting winding position, idling start, idling stop, double-ended stop, automatic reset and automatic start could be set in control system. There are two alternate spindles to facilitate higher output; apply to all kinds of micro motors such as a motor, pump motor, air conditioner motor, three phase machine, etc. Turns number, wire diameter can be set in the controller.

B. Winding Controller:

Here customer could set the wire diameter, turn number, coil number, and it will display the output. And customer could pre-set the output. Machine will stop automatically once it produces the required quantity.

C. Applications:

This automatic coil winding machine is suitable for multi-connected and multi layer winding. Apply to all kinds of micro motors such as a motor, pump motor, air conditioner motor, three phase machine, etc.

Production efficiency of this machine
Around 1000pcs/8 hours,it is only a rough idea, depends on the armature slots number and turn number.
Load armature on the shuttle manually, press START button,shuttle will deliver the armature to the winding position, and automatic winding, indexing and wire cutting,after completing, the shuttle will take out the finished armature from winding position, operator unload the finished armature, one cycle is completed.

Winding tooling: each machine has one set winding tooling and three vertical winding forms.
The whole set of tooling can be changed, and it takes about 15min.
The turntable is two stations structure. It adopts servo system to rotate and index transfer form.
Allow three wires winding simultaneously.
Main spindle is controlled by servo motor. The coil turn number accuracy is ±1 turn.
The working rotation speed can be set . Machine has no distinct vibration and noise.
Free of enamel damage and wire snap. Once the copper wire is run out, machine will automatically stop.
PLC can set turn number, winding speed, tooling sunk height, tooling sunk speed and winding direction.
X andY spindle of wire hooker and wire cutter adopts servo system. It can adjust the length of bridge wire and lead wire.
Tooling sunk adopts servo system. The max segment number of tooling sunk is 6.
