The Suzuki G16B is a 1.6 L (1,590 cc, 97.03 cu·in) straight-four 4-stroke natural aspirated gasoline engine from the
Suzuki G-family. The G16B engine was manufactured by Suzuki Motor Corporation.
The Suzuki G16B engine features an aluminum cylinder block with wet liners and aluminum cylinder head with
single overhead camshafts (SOHC) and four valves per cylinder (16 in total).
Cylinder bore and piston stroke are 75.0 mm (2.95 in) and 90.0 mm (3.54 in), respectively.
Compression ratio rating is 9.5:1. The G16B engine is equipped with Multi-point fuel injection (MPFI) and electronic
ignition system with one ignition coil for two spark plugs.
