This is temper proof cap in HDPE material, the cap size D30mm and inner tread fit for 28/410 neck bottle, the mould do in 8cavity and cold runner, core&cavity steel use NAK80. The bottom temper proof ring finish by slider move when mould open then use oil motor screwing out the cap.

The cap surface do glossy or matt optional, the temper proof design it is avoid person open the cap before the product sold to consumer in market. because if the person want to open the cap have to break the temper ring.

The cap can use for standard size neck which have support ring to fit for the temper ring, and this kind design are popular in production package market long time ago
