Description:

This is 4cavity 150ml HDPE material jar mould, the mould structure within auto-deflashing system, can cut the bottom extra raw material automatic in machine and no need workers second tear off. The mouth air bag have to cut in machine or need second processing by slitting machine

The main mould cavity steel is P20, but other kinds stainless steel lilke 2316 or Alum also optional, the cavity surface do sandblast and make full enough venting, reasonable cooling lines circle around the cavity to meet good cooling during production.

Normally after sale is one year after mould delivery, JINQIU provide technical support all time.Except for the mold damage caused by human reasons, if the parts are damaged, they can be replaced free of charge
