UF membranes reject solutes ranging in size from 0.03 microns and larger.

Ultrafiltration System are used for

(1) Pretreatment of reverse osmosis feed water, high efficiency, compact ultrafiltration due to high filtration precision, can provide maximum protection for reverse osmosis membrane

(3) Municipal and industrial wastewater treatment: Ultrafiltration can provide better treatment results than traditional treatment processes, and realize the reuse of water and wastewater.

Details specification:

1. Full automation of the system with the registration of the main technological parameters of each system based on a programmable logic controller, the operation of which does not depend on each other;
2. Operator interface based on a touch panel with a mnemonic diagram of the technological process for each system, the operation of which does not depend on each other;
3. The established filtration area of each system is not less than 60 m2 with a nominal membrane porosity of not more than 0.02 µm with the provision of an official manufacturer's specification for an ultrafiltration membrane / module;
4. High reliability of the ultrafiltration membrane with a breaking load of at least 10 bar with the provision of the official manufacturer's specification for the ultrafiltration membrane / module;
5. Fully automated system operation is including: filtration; direct flushing with source water with air injection; backwash with purified water; waiting (when filling the storage tank of purified water);
6. A chemical flushing unit (CIP) for cleaning and disinfection of membranes, which is performed automatically and initiated using the transmembrane pressure threshold value sensor;
