Internal packaging: double-layer foam board is used to cushion and resist pressure, and the four corners are covered with kraft paper to prevent knock and collision. Each part is wrapped with pearl cotton to prevent abrasion and skid, thus greatly reducing the damage to the product during transportation.

External packaging: The external carton is made of double-sided five-layer corrugated paper, namely three-core double-sided seven-layer cardboard, with two layers of cardboard and three layers of corrugated base paper.

Special packing: for some commodities or special customers, we will use the form of carton + wooden frame/wooden case for packing, to protect the products intact to the greatest extent.

The general structure of desks and chairs is divided into: desktop/chair surface/chair back, table bucket, steel frame and other main components;

Seat/back/table top: usually use multi-layer hot pressing adhesive bonded refractory board or molded board, but also can use PP (polypropylene) injection molding panel, or PE(polyethylene) hollow blow molding panel;

Stand/table bucket: the surface of low-carbon A3 cold-rolled steel tube is generally welded, polished, oil removed, rust removed, pickling, phosphating and high temperature electrostatic spraying anti-rust protection treatment, or the table bucket can be molded by injection.

Main Manufacturing process

Production process: from procurement to sheet metal mechanical treatment to anti-rust decontamination painting, every step is meticulously produced.

Sheet metal mechanical processing: cutting processing, stamping processing, bending, welding processing;

Spray pretreatment: hot water washing, preparation for degreasing, main degreasing, three lines of water washing, skin film generation, three lines of water washing;

Electrostatic powder spraying: the use of environmentally friendly phosphor-free organic film conversion layer, coating uniform appearance, degree of crystalline density, adhesion, mechanical strength, wear resistance and rust resistance performance is better.
