Wellhead Tools Applications


This series of hydraulic oil pipe power tongs adopts the inner cam winding and clamping mechanism with hydraulic support tongs. It is an ideal tool

for all kinds of tubing, small-size casing, drill pipe top-up or down-drilling in well workover operations. Power tongs with extra long rods can be used

as backup tongs to clamp the tubing body. The power tongs can also be equipped with an automatic torque control system.

XQ89/3YC hydraulic power tong is a special device for oil well operation, used for loading and unloading oil pipe threads. it


It is a new product improved on the basis of XQ89/3B hydraulic power tongs. Hydraulic motor drive, low speed and high torque,


The "H" type manual control valve is simply matched with the oil motor. This is a lighter hydraulic power tong for downhole operations.


This product has the following features.


* The clamp head adopts an inner arc roller climbing mechanism, and there is no need to replace any parts or

* Two-speed transmission provides high speed in high gear and high torque in low gear.


* The brake mechanism is on the upper part, easy to adjust and maintain.
