Drilling Rig Components Drilling Equipment API 4F Drawworks
Product description
Applications
A winch is an essential lifting mechanism on a drilling rig. Essentially, a winch is a large capstan that bypasses or receives a drilling line, raising or
lowering the drill pipe and bit.
feature
* Bearings are rolling bearings and shafts are alloy steel.
* High-precision, high-strength chains are pressure lubricated.
* There are spiral grooves on the drum. The low and high speed ends of the drum shaft are fitted with vented air clutches. The brake rim (or brake
disc) is water-cooled, the surface is quenched by intermediate frequency, and the service life is long.
* The profile of the sprocket teeth is induction hardened. All shift clutches are involute splined.
*Band or disc brakes are considered primary brakes and eddy current brakes (water-cooled or air-cooled) are considered auxiliary brakes.
