Guikang series screen adopts three layers of screen since API60,the screen material is ss316/304,in line with the American API RP 13C standard,and the separation effect is good,long service life.
Screen hot pressing using four tensioning process,compared with the peer screen more flat,and the bottom mesh fit better,longer service life.
The regular shape of the composite frame screen makes it easier to repair the partial damage of the screen and continue to use through the plug,thus further reducing the cost.
Compared with the iron frame screen,the effective usable area of the composite frame screen increases by 10%-20%.
Composite material frame screen,not easy to rust,storage life greatly extended,can be stored for more than 5 years,does not affect the service life.
It can replace Mi-swaco Mongoose shaker,NOV Brandt Cobra shaker,VSM300 shaker,etc.

Is a commonly used oil shaker net,mainly by the steel frame and tightly coupled on the frame of 2 to3 layers.The stainless steel mesh frame is made of high strength square steel pipe or flat steel welded,andwith multiple reinforcement bars,the mesh can be combined with the frame through the metal liningplate,or directly bonded to the frame.Each screen is provided with a special rubber plug to repair thebroken screen surface.

The frame welded by the square pipe is welded together with the metal plate with holes,and then the contact surface with the cloth is coated with organic multi-component anti-corrosion adhesive to form a bonding layer.The screen cloth and perforated metal plate are integrated to form a fully bonded laminated screen component,which is then spot-welded with internal and external reinforcing plates to form a fully bonded laminated screen.
