High Temperature Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) oven up to 1700℃

This Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) oven is a very cost-effective vacuum furnace. Low price, simple operation, excellent vacuum effect, good temperature field uniformity. It is used for high temperature vacuum sintering, annealing, tempering and aging treatment of ceramic materials, ceramic metal composites, refractory metals, and alloy materials, as well as vacuum brazing of alloy tools and superhard materials.

  • Vacuum up to 7* 10^(-3)pa (two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump+roots pump+diffusion pump unit)
  • The highest temperature 1200 ℃ or 1700 ℃ is optional.
  • Designed with air inlet and exhaust port, it can be used for vacuum pumping or filling with inert gas.
  • Pneumatic vacuum valve, easy to operate.
  • Helium mass spectrometry leak detector vacuum pickup, ensure the vacuum leakage rate is lower than0.67Pa/h.
