Vertical Packaging Machine With Two Bagger

A vertical packaging machine designed for the formation of bags using a roll of thermal or impulse welded packaging material with simultaneous automatic filling of goods and closing of bags. The system is including a Vibrator feeder, Z bucket conveyor, Working platform, 14 head Multihead weigher, twin bagger, and divert device. There many types of equipment to optional: Check weigher, Metal detector combined with check weigher, and Rotary collecting table. Check weigher: Reject unqualified products, it can sort the product and make statistics (if already equipped with other weight detection equipment then no need to use this machine). Metal detector combined with check weigher: It is used to detect the metal and check weight, combined the check weigher with a metal detector, save cost, and less commissioning and maintenance time. Rotary collecting table: Used to collect products from the production line, Suitable for production lines that require manual processing or waiting for further packaging operations.
