Laser module
The device adopts a Q-switched Nd:YAGlaser module with bi-wavelength of 1064nm&532nm. the wavelength could be switched by electrical control. For 1064nm,the maximum pulse energy is over 600mJ; For 532nm,the maximum pulse energy is over 300mJ.
Articulated Arm
The device adopts seven-joint articulated arm, which can be installed to the main console through quickly with locking screws. High reflectivity mirrors of 1064nm and 532nm are adopted in the articulated arm. The output efficiency of the articulated arm is above 80%. A handpiece with adjustable spot size can be installed at the end of the articulated arm. The treatment spots size can be adjusted from 2 to 10mm.
Laser Power Supply
Laser power is used to provide power for laser module to produce pulse laser. The system adopts integrated laser power and the laser power could be communicated with the systemcontrolling core,whichcan control the output voltages and relevant synchronization information and then control the laser moduleenergy output.
Cooling System
The system is includedcirculating cooling system and the cooling medium shall bedeionized water orpurified water. Water pump carries water cycling into the laser device. After laser is cooled down, the water will run through the condensers, then back into water tank. The condenser use fans to cooling the water. In cooling system, water flow sensor and temperature sensor, are used to monitor the working status of cooling system and feedback the related parameters to the controlsystem synchronously, which will control the cooling system in real time.
Display of Control System
Power-on and power-off the system is realized through the powerbutton. press down thepowerbutton in front, the system will be powered on. Once Input the authorized password, the system screen will display relevant parameters, such as system name, version number, self-test information and operation/setting interface. In operation interface, the laser output energy could be adjusted, and the system working status could be controlled. If the system has any problems, the screen will pop out relevant alarming and error message with acousto-optic indication. The emergency switch is used to cut-off the laser output in case of laser accident and protecting the personnel from being injured.
