Zetron P20 Laser Methane Leakage detector Scanning monitoring system
OVERVIEW
P20 is designed to perform a 7 x 24 methane leakage detection in Gas Plant, LNG facility, etc. With a maximum detectionradium up to 150m, the response time less than 0.05s and thecontrol of 360 horizontal and 180° vertical gimbal, themonitoring range covers a circular area up to 70000m2.
P20 is capable of working in both manual modeand auto-matic mode. By preset the check point, scanning path or thefocused monitoring area on valves, flange joints or other facil-ities, the device is able to automatically operate the detecfion tasks.
All leakage alarm data can be automatically saved in thecorresponding management software - AlphaSupervisorand users can easily retrieve or archive relevant alarm data.
P20 is regard as a regular network spot which can be easilyaccessed to any type of network topology. Also, to avoidthe interruption caused by the AlphaSupervisor or the network in between, all preset data and alarm data Synchroni.zation Mechanism is built in P20 and AlphaSupervisor.
