LPC-M3 Online Particle Counter
OVERVIEW
LPC-M3 online particle counter adopts the light resistance (shading) counting principle specified by the International Hydraulic Standards Committee, and is a device specially used for on-site online measurement of oil contamination level detection. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, fast detection speed, high accuracy, good repeatability, etc., and can work under high temperature and high pressure and other harsh conditions. It is suitable for all light-transmitting solvents such as engine oil, gear oil, transformer oil (i.e. insulating oil), hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, synthetic oil, water-based (water-based hydraulic oil, water glycol, etc.), alcohols, ketones, etc., and can be widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, transportation ports, steel metallurgy, automobile manufacturing and other fields.
FEATURES
- Adopting the principle of light blocking (light shielding) method and using high-precision laser sensor, it has small size, high precision and stable performance ;
- Suitable for on-site online detection, it can monitor the particle contamination in the oil system in real time ;
- Built-in data analysis system, which can output the real data of particle size in each channel and automatically determine the sample grade ;
- The standard model can directly withstand a pressure of 100 kg, and an optional pressure reducing valve can be used for 400 kg high-pressure measurement ;
- It has volume flushing and time flushing modes, which is convenient for users to use and maintain the equipment ;
- Built-in IS04406, NAS1638, SAE4059, GJB420A, GJB420B, ГOCT17216 , GB/T14039 particle contamination level standards ;
- Built-in calibration function, can be calibrated according to GB/T21540, IS4402, IS011171, GB/T18854 and other standards ;
- Can realize multiple functions through data collection and secondary programming ;
- RS485 interface, supports standard modbus protocol and can be connected to computers, PLC systems or other devices for data monitoring and processing ;
- Solid appearance structure, suitable for complex working environment ;
- The oil inlet and outlet are distributed on the left and right sides, which is convenient for installation ;
- The test can be performed continuously or the test time interval can be set arbitrarily ;
- Optional external display, with Chinese and English dual systems (optional) ;
- Optional 4G module to support remote data monitoring, historical data, and curve query via mobile phone or computer (optional) .
