The process of producing PET bottled water involves the following steps:

1. Raw water is fed into the system.
2. The water is then treated using a device that contains ozone for sterilization.
3. The empty bottles are transported to the air passage machine to be prepared for filling.
4. The bottles go through the flushing, filling, and capping machine.
5. The bottle caps are automatically capped by the automatic capping machine.
6. After being filled and capped, the bottles move to the bottle dryer.
7. Once dried, the bottles go through a printing machine and then a lamp inspection.
8. A buffer system for conveying solid bottles is used before the bottled are charged in the bottle dryer membrane charging machine.
9. A manual coding and storage process completes the process.

Features

The air duct is positioned on the ground using a scaffold and above it, the fan is installed. In order to avoid dust from being blown into the bottle, air filters are installed at the air inlet of each fan.

The main engine of the equipment uses advanced frequency conversion speed control technology to ensure smooth operations. Imported, efficient and clean air filters are used to ensure that the air flow to bottle caps meets hygienic requirements.
