In the production of PET bottled water, the raw water undergoes a purification process through the use of a water treatment device that includes an ozone-containing sterilization device. The treated water is then prepared for bottling.
The bottling process involves the use of air passage machines that flush, fill, and cap the bottles. The bottle caps are applied through an automatic capping machine. Once the bottles are filled and capped, they move on to the next station, which includes a bottle dryer, printing machine, lamp inspection, and buffer system of solid bottle conveying. Following these steps, the bottles are charged by a bottle dryer membrane charging machine and are ready for manual coding and storage.

The air duct is set on a scaffold anchored to the ground. On top of the air duct rests the fan. Ensuring the fans are well-protected, each air inlet is fitted with an air filter, preventing dust from infiltrating the bottles.
The bottle is suspended by a hanging bottle plate located in the air conveyor. Then, the bottle is carried by the wind towards the bottle puncher.
Other than the plastic and nylon components in the supporting feet and hanging bottle boards, all parts are fabricated with premium-grade stainless steel.

The main structure of the equipment comprises of 18 sets of bottles and manipulators for flushing. The bottles are equipped with a rotating seal, internal and external flushing, and backwater mechanisms. The 18 filling valves add to the equipment's efficiency.
The equipment is equipped with a set of tighteners for tidying bottle caps. The cap automatically slips to ensure tightening without causing damage, keeping it snug in place. Four sets of bottle dialing safety devices with buzzer alarm that prevent any mishaps in the filling and capping process. The equipment can only fill and cap bottles if it detects them.
In addition, the main engine features advanced frequency conversion speed control technology that ensures reliability and precision during operation. The equipment is also equipped with imported, efficient, and clean air filters that ensure air flows to bottle caps that meet hygienic requirements.
