The PET bottled water production line includes a Water Treatment Device with an Ozone-containing Sterilization Device, which is used to treat the raw water. The Bottle then goes through an Air passage machine and is followed by a Flushing, filling and capping machine to complete the process. The cap on the bottle is then added by an Automatic capping machine.

Additionally, after the bottle is capped, it moves on to the Bottle Dryer and then the Printing Machine. Once this is complete, the bottle moves on to the Lamp Inspection process and then goes into the Buffer System of Solid Bottle Conveying. From there it goes through the Bottle Drier Membrane Charging Machine and ends with Manual Coding and Storage.

No bottle, no filling, no capping. The main engine of the equipment adopts advanced frequency conversion speed control technology. The air flow to the bottle caps meets hygienic requirements, thanks to the efficient and clean air filters which are imported.
