The production of PET bottled water involves several stages, namely water treatment, bottling, capping, drying, printing, inspection, and coding. In this process, raw water is first treated using an ozone-containing sterilization device to ensure its safety and purity.

Once the water is treated, it is then passed through the bottling process which involves the use of an air passage machine to flush out any contaminants that might be present in the bottles. The filling and capping machine fills the bottles with water and tightly seals them using the capping machine which automatically caps each bottle.

After the bottling process is complete, the bottles are then passed through the automatic capping machine, which ensures that the caps are properly sealed. The next step involves the use of a bottle dryer which dries the bottles before they are printed with necessary information like manufacturing date and other details using the printing machine.

The bottles are then inspected using a lamp inspection machine to ensure they meet certain quality standards. The bottles are then conveyed through a buffer system which prevents any solid bottles from bumping against each other during the conveying process. The bottle dryer membrane charging machine ensures that each bottle is fully charged and dry before they are passed on for manual coding and storage.

Features:

The air duct is held up by a scaffold on the ground, with the fan being placed on top of it to provide ventilation. Each fan's air inlet has an air filter installed to stop dust and other particles from being blown into the bottle.

The bottle is suspended by a bottle plate on the air conveyor and then propelled by wind to the bottle puncher for further processing.

Most of the components, except for the plastic and nylon parts that include the supporting feet and hanging bottle boards, are made of premium-quality stainless steel material.

Four sets of bottle dialing safety devices with buzzer alarm are included. This ensures that no bottle, no filling, and no capping occur.

The main engine adopts advanced frequency conversion speed control technology. Imported, efficient and clean air filters ensure that air flow to bottle caps meets hygienic requirements.
