The equipment utilizes a 3 KW motor with a triangular belt drive and WPO135 worm reducer (I = 30:1) for the driving mode. The structure of the equipment includes 18 sets of bottles and manipulators for flushing purposes. Our bottles have a rotating seal to prevent leaks and we also have both internal and external flushing and backwater mechanisms.

Our equipment features 18 filling valves and a set of tighteners for tidying bottle caps. The tightener is equipped with a magnetic force that ensures the bottle cap is tightened without getting damaged. Moreover, four sets of bottle dialing safety devices with buzzer alarms have been put in place to ensure that no bottle is left unattended. These devices play a key role in ensuring that there is no filling or capping of a bottle which has not been placed properly.
