Quality Control

Mechanical Inspections
Head and Flow and Vibration tests are performed on centrifugal pumps.
A mechanical run is performed for one hour at rated duty for all variations of pumps.
Hydraulic performance acceptance tests are performed on rotodynamic pumps.

Audible Inspections
Liquid pumps are tested to ensure that the noise emitting from the pump conforms to BS EN 12639 noise test standard.

Visual Inspections
A visual inspection test is performed on the pump to determine the conditions of the pump and all it's components.
Pumps are inspected to ensure that the product contains no small air leaks, oil leaks, or grease leaks.

Centrifugal Pump Performance Test (ISO9906-2B / GB3216-2B)
The centrifugal pump performance test is conducted by pump manufacturer after completion of the assembly to prove the pump has the required specification as indicated in the pump datasheet and other purchase documents.

The performance test is conducted after completion of casing inspection, casing hydrostatic test, impeller, and rotor dynamic balancing.
The Flowrate and Head in Centrifugal Pump Performance Test.
The Power Consumption in Centrifugal Pump Performance Test.
The Efficiency-Flowrate Curve in Centrifugal Pump Performance Test.
The Measurement of Bearing Temperature in Centrifugal Pump Performance Test.
The Vibration Testing is carried out during performance test and mechanical running test.
The Noise Testing is carried out during performance test and mechanical running test.

The NPSH test, mechanical running test, and final inspection are done after performance test.
