Product Introduction

SCBH amorphous alloy dry-type transformer is a new type of low-loss energy-saving distribution transformer. This product combines the technical advantages of amorphous alloy transformers and traditional epoxy resin cast dry-type transformers, and adopts a new structural form for design.
The biggest advantage of this product is that the no-load loss value is particularly low, which is about 70% lower than the SCB10 dry-type transformer no-load loss, and the no-load current is about 80% lower. It is a distribution transformer with ideal energy-saving effect at present. The product also has the advantages of compact structure, beautiful appearance, low noise, low temperature rise, strong overload capacity, stable electrical performance, and convenient maintenance. In the general environment of advocating energy saving and emission reduction, the market prospects of a variety of energy-saving equipment including amorphous alloy transformers are unanimously promising.

The iron core is rolled from amorphous alloy strips and adopts a rectangular cross-section, three-frame and three-column structure.
