GGD AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet is a new type of low-voltage power distribution cabinet designed based on the principles of safety, economy, reasonableness, and reliability. The product has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient combination, strong series and practicability, novel structure, and high protection level. It can be used as a replacement product for low-voltage switchgear. The GGD AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet complies with IEC439 "Low-Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment", GB/T7251 "Low-Voltage Switchgear" and other standards.
The selection of electrical components
A. Knkong-electric produces GGD panels using China's more advanced electrical components, such as DW45, MCCB, DZ20, DW15, etc., while taking into account economy and practicality.
B. HD13BX and HS13BX rotary operating knife switches are special components designed by Knkong-electric to meet the unique structure of the GGD cabinet. The operation mode is changed, and the advantages are retained. It is a new type of electrical component.
C. The design department selects electrical components with better performance and more advanced technology according to user needs. Because GGD is easy to install, it will not cause manufacturing and installation difficulties due to the update of electrical components.
D. In order to further improve the dynamic stability of the main circuit, Knkong-electric designed a ZMJ type combined bus clamp and insulating support for the GGD cabinet. The bus clamp is made of PPO alloy material, which has high insulation strength, good self-extinguishing performance and unique structure. By adjusting the building blocks, it can be easily combined into a single bus clamp or a double bus clamp.
