We base ourselves on the perspective of human nature and conduct in-depth analysis of furniture in various spaces based on thorough investigation and understanding of user needs. We design furniture in a targeted manner from the user's workflow, usage functions, comfort, convenience, and other aspects, striving to meet various usage needs.
(1) General Manager:
1. Based on the strategic objectives proposed by the board of directors, organize the formulation of the company's medium and long-term development strategy and business plan, and promote its implementation.
2. Develop a plan for the internal management structure of the company and issue appointment letters for senior personnel.
3. Approve the company's salary and bonus distribution plan and the method of linking economic responsibility, and organize its implementation.
4. Review and issue documents issued in the name of the company (with official seal).
5. Take charge of the overall operation and management of the company.
6. Present the company's innovative development plan, off budget expenses, and cost control plan to the board of directors.
7. Handle major emergencies and major external relations issues of the company.
8. Promote the construction of the company's corporate culture and establish a good corporate image.
9. Engage in overall management work and make innovative and feasible explorations and attempts for the development of the company.
10. Convene and preside over departmental office meetings, special meetings, etc., summarize work, listen to reports, inspect work, supervise progress, and coordinate conflicts.
(2) Finance Department
1. Responsible for the daily financial accounting of the company and participate in the company's business management.
2. Reasonably allocate funds based on the company's financial operations to ensure the normal operation of the company's funds.
3. Collect and analyze information on the company's business activities, financial dynamics, operating income, and expenses, and provide recommendations.
4. Strictly manage finances, strengthen financial supervision, and release daily financial statements to the board of directors.
5. Conduct proper review and accounting processing of relevant income documents; Payment review and accounting processing of various expenses; Accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting processing; Processing of general ledger, journal and other accounting books; Preparation of financial statements.
6. Strengthen the accounting and declaration of all taxes for enterprises, handle tax affairs, budget funds, and conduct financial inventory.
7. Verify and distribute monthly employee salaries.
