Description

On-site 150 Nm3/hr Hydrogenation Purifier for High Purity N2 with 99.999%-99.9995% Purity by ISO9001 & CE certificates

Technical indicators:

1.Deoxygenation and dehydrogenation catalysts are highly efficient, durable, long life service and good stability.

2.Deoxidization can be carried out at room temperature without heating, which greatly saves energy consumption.

3.Nitrogenous fertilizer has a wide range of requirements, and nitrogen can be selected within 99.999%.

4.The hydrogenation purifying unit is equipped with an automatic nitrogen-hydrogen mixing device according to the working conditions. It can automatically calculate and control the amount of hydrogen added according to the inlet amount and purity of nitrogen gas. It is fully automatic controlled. The equipment is sensitive to reaction, has small lag and has high adjusting precision.

5.The contact part of electric and hydrogen by electrical explosion, safe and reliable.

6.The mixing of nitrogen and hydrogen is accomplished in a static mixer with good mixing effect and less hydrogen consumption.

7.Equipped with automatic interlocking and emptying, multiple fault alarm.
