Product Working Principle:
In the metallurgical combustion industry, the huge volume oxygen needed during burning process. The equipment can generator the oxygen by pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology. It use compressed air as raw material and select special grade of zeolite molecular sieve(ZMS) to absorb N2, CO2 and water vapor in air at room temperature, so as to obtain high purity oxygen.Most of the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) oxygen system apply the two tower process, The compressed air after passing through a refrigerated dryer is passed through a twin PSA tower interconnected with automatic changeover valves. Dried compressed air will now come in contact with the bed of Zeolite molecular sieves (ZMS). Zeolite Molecular Sieves are special grade of adsorbent which have the property of preferential adsorption of nitrogen molecules.At a time one tower remains under nitrogen production cycle, whereas the other tower undergoes renew process which is achieved through depressurization of the tower to atmospheric pressure. The outgoing oxygen gas is sent to a surge vessel where the minimum pressure will be maintained with the back pressure regulator.
