Product Working Principle:
The Equipment is made of carbon steel and it's suitable for using the hospital, hotel, gym and entertainment place. In this equipment, the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) oxygen device uses compressed air as raw material and choose LIX molecule sieve to absorb N2, CO2 and water vapor in air at room temperature, so as to obtain high purity oxygen. Normally the PSA process is used to produce oxygen in the small-sized situation, which are adsorbed at 4-8 bar pressure and desorbed under normal pressure. The process and equipment are relatively simple. In order to save energy consumption, large-scale oxygen plants adopt VPSA process flow. The pressure is about 0.3bar, and the vacuum desorption can reduce the energy consumption to less than 0.45kw/Nm3 O2. Most of the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) oxygen system are the two tower process, and there are single tower and three tower processes too.
