In some industry, people want to get the mixed gas from N2 and H2. This deivce can get this kind of gas with accurate and automatical control the the Nitrogen / Hydrogen percentage.
The working mechanism is below:
The N2 and H2 flow into the mixing tank from its own pipe, and a part of the gas sample is measured by the thermal conductivity hydrogen analyzer. And then the analyzer sent the electrical signal to the controller for comparing with the set value of hydrogen content, finally the opening of hydrogen valve is controlled by PID regulator to reach the setting value.
The different percentage of gas can be get easily by setting on the panel.
