Product Description:
The cracked ammonia H2 generator take the liquid ammonia as raw material, under the reaction of the nickel catalyst, the mixture of 75% H2 and 25% N2 is obtained by cracking ammonia. One kg of liquid ammonia can generate 2.64Nm3 mixed gas with 75% of hydrogen and 25% of nitrogen.
The equipment has compact design, convenient installation, the core part of cracking system is made of INCO ALLOYS,which is
the material of corrosion-resistant, Alka-resistant and Acid-resistant, service life is more than 10 years.The structure of furnace is relative sealing structure, with the advantage of rapid temperature rise.Heating element is made of full alloy, with plug in assembly. It's no need to stop the gas when replace the heat elements. Alarm automatically when pressure has too higher or too lower.

System Characteristics:
The gas made in this method is a good protective gas which can be used widely in semiconductor
industry, metallurgical industry and other industries and science research which need protective gas.
1. Ammonia is easy to be cracked: With not very high pressure, under catalysts, and a temperature controlled at 750~800ºC, the ammonia will nearly completely decompose, with the cracking rate reaching 99.9%.
2. Easy to refine the gas: As the raw material, the liquid ammonia is of very high purity. The volatile impurities are only little inert gas and water dissolved in the liquid ammonia and there is nearly no oxygen. So the water can be removed by adsorbing with a dew point of -60 ºC while the gas going through the 5A molecular sieve. By this way, the water and residual ammonia which are harmful in the processing point can be removed.
3. The liquid ammonia as raw material is easily accessible at a low price and the raw material consumption is also relatively smaller( In theory, each Kg of ammonia can create 2.64 Nm3 mixed gas).
