The requirements for medical-grade gloves are as follows
1:length

Measure with a ruler in mm, and align the glove naturally perpendicular from the edge of the glove to the zero degree of the

2: thickness

Finger seam: cut the finger seam between middle finger and index finger, measure the thickest part on both sides and record the
maximum value.
3. The leftover side slices are required to be placed in the center of the glove at a distance of 1cm from the edge of the windle,
and the width of the parallel part of the cutter center is 6mm. When the tension is made, the upper and lower clamps are set at a
distance of 40mm, and the test position is the center and 1cm above and below, and the average value is taken.
4: Hanging water test The water requirement is 1000+50ML, the height of gloves is 40mm, the hoisting time is 3 minutes, and the water temperature is
required to be 15-30°
5: Visual Inspecting Test Hole/scratch/tear/drop of oil/mixed number/bad side/insect/hair/serious deformation = unqualified product, not available for sale.
6: Physical test frequency Normally, the weight/length is measured once per hour, the thickness is measured once for 4 hours, and the tension/elongation is
measured once for 2 hours.
7: Standard for grade pinhole testing Each time each line each side sampling 75, 0-1 pinholes for Best quality grade. Main requirements: test all gloves on the production
line, test and wear them every 2-3 hours, no less than 10 minutes each time, and make relevant records.
