Functions and Features

1. After unwinding, the paper web will be sent to the calender unit, then to the printing unit for printing, at the end it will rewind into a big jumbo reel again. There is tension controlling unit between the calender unit and rewinding unit.

2. With the professional anilox roller, the ink-apply will be more even, and printing pattern will be more beautiful and precise.

3. The ink-tank will lift and drop synchronized which will simplify the cleaning,. And the external-supply ink-recycle system will make the ink color to be equal.

4. The ink-applying roller will be rotating automatically during break time, so that it can prevent the ink accumulate on the anilox roller, and reduce the wastage of ink when restart machine, which will improve the printing quality.
