• Material inspection: Before the production process begins, strict inspection and testing of raw materials are conducted to ensure compliance with quality standards. For example, checking plastic bottles and caps for specified dimensions and texture, and inspecting glass bottles for cracks or defects.

• In-process inspection: During the production process, real-time inspection of the products being produced is carried out to ensure their quality meets standards. This may include monitoring production parameters of injection molding machines, checking the appearance and dimensions of bottle bodies, and inspecting the quality of printed labels.

• Finished product inspection: After the production of products is completed, comprehensive inspection of finished products is conducted to ensure their quality meets customer requirements and standards. This may include visual inspection, testing the sealing and durability of packaging, and final confirmation of label and print quality.

• Sampling inspection: Regular random sampling of products from production is carried out to verify the stability and consistency of the production process. This helps to identify any potential quality issues and take corrective actions.

• Defect management: Any non-conforming products found need to be promptly recorded, handled, and tracked to determine the root cause and take corrective actions to prevent similar issues from recurring.

For example, for quality control of plastic bottles, the factory may conduct the following inspections: using calipers to measure the diameter and height of bottle mouths to ensure dimensional accuracy, performing visual inspections to eliminate any defects or foreign objects, conducting pressure tests to ensure the sealing performance of bottle caps, etc. These control measures help ensure that the produced products meet high-quality standards and satisfy customer needs.
