Testing method
The value of the magnetic pull force has some thing to do with the thickness of the steel plate and pull speed. Our testing value is based on the thickness of the steel plate =10mm, and pull speed = 80mm/min.) Thus, different application will have different result.

Neodymium pot magnets are built from the alloy Neodymium-Ferro-Boron.The magnetic force of Neodymium pot magnets is approximately 7 times higher than that of ferrite pot magnets. The magnets have a casing of soft iron that ensures a magnetic cover. A protective coating has been added to prevent corrosion. The Neodymium pot magnets can be used up to a temperature of 80 degrees Celsius. At this temperature there is a loss of magnetic force of 15 to 20%. As soon as the magnet has cooled off to room temperature, the magnetic force will recover to the normal values.
