Magnetic coupling is also called magnetic coupling and permanent magnetic transmission device. It is mainly composed of copper rotor, permanent magnet rotor and controller. Generally, the copper rotor is connected with the motor shaft, and the permanent magnet rotor is connected with the working machine shaft. There is an air gap between the copper rotor and the permanent magnet rotor, and there is no mechanical connection to transfer torque. A soft (magnetic) connection is formed between the motor and the working machine, and the change of the shaft torque and speed of the working machine is realized by adjusting the air gap. Due to the different air gap adjustment methods, permanent magnet eddy current drive can be divided into standard type, delay type, torque limiting type, speed regulating type and other different types. Magnetic Coupling is mainly used in different types of fans, water pumps, material conveyors, bucket elevators, ball mills, hoists, crushers, blenders, stranders and other mechanical equipment.
