Round Disc Strong Permanent N52 Neodymium Magnet Ndfeb Magnet Industrial Magnet
Sintered neodymium magnet is a very powerful magnet with much larger magnetism compared to other magnets, and its size is only a small part of it. They are particularly suitable for mass production of various shapes and sizes. Accurate dimensional control can be achieved during the machining process. With these advantages, neodymium magnets have been widely used in many commercial fields such as high-performance motors, brushless DC motors, magnetic separators, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), sensors, speakers, consumer electronics, and green energy.
There are many levels of NdFeB magnets

N30M-N52M | 100℃(212℉) | N30EH-N38EH | 200℃(392℉) |
N30H-N52H | 120℃(248℉) | N32AH | 220℃(428℉) |
N30SH-N45SH | 150℃(302℉) |
Magnetic Characteristics of Cylindrical NdFeB Magnets
1. High coercivity and high remanence;
2. Small bulk density and light weight;
3. Low temperature coefficient (i.e. low resistivity);
4. Strong corrosion resistance;
5. No harmful metal ion pollution;
6. Good plasticity.
There are three manufacturing methods for cylindrical NdFeB magnets: calendering, sintering, and powder metallurgy.
