Customized Sintered NdFeB Magnet Super Strong NdFeB Motor Rotor Magnets
Neodymium iron boron permanent magnet material is a permanent magnet material based on the intermetallic compound ND2FE14B. The main components are rare earth (ND), iron (FE), and boron (B). The sintered neodymium iron boron permanent magnet material adopts a powder metallurgy process. The melted alloy is made into powder and pressed into a pressing embryo in a magnetic field. The pressing embryo is sintered in an inert gas or vacuum to achieve denachieve densification.
There are many levels of NdFeB magnets

Introduction to the main application fields of various grades of NdFeB magnets:
N. The M brand is mainly used in fields such as medical magnets, electroacoustics, home appliances, voice coil motors, and electronic products.
The H brand is mainly used in the fields of motors and sensors.
SH brand is often used in places such as wind turbines and industrial motors that require high magnetic properties due to its high intrinsic coercivity.
The UH brand is commonly used for automotive motors and air conditioning compressors.
The EH brand with the best magnetic performance is widely used in fields such as hybrid vehicles, electromagnetic valves, and sensors.
