Epoxy resin is coated with a layer of resin paint on the surface of neodymium iron boron magnets that have undergone nickel plating treatment. Epoxy resin electrophoresis is divided into metal electrodeposition (Ni/Cu) backing+epoxy resin electrophoresis layer and direct electroplating of epoxy resin on magnet substrates. It is generally used in harsh atmospheric environments and occasions with strict anti-corrosion requirements, such as elevators, compressors, motors, and other fields.
The magnetic material properties of epoxy resin coatings are as follows:
1. The maximum temperature resistance can reach 380 ℃.
2. Acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance.
3. Multi color. The usual colors are black and gray, but you can customize the colors according to your needs.
4. No hanging points.
5. Salt spray resistance for 72 hours.
6. The coating thickness can reach 10-25um, and the composite coating can reach 35um.
7. The surface is smooth and beautiful.
8. Wear resistance, pressure resistance, and impact resistance.
