Strong Rare Earth Magnet Sintered Ndfeb Magnet With Strong Pull Force
The third generation of rare earth permanent magnet NdFeB is the most powerful permanent magnet in modern magnets. It not only has the characteristics of high remanence, high coercivity, high magnetic energy product, high performance-to-price ratio, but also is easy to be processed into various sizes.
The grades of neodymium iron boron magnetic materials include N35-N52 (M.H.SH.UH.EH.AH).
grade | Max Operating Temperature | grade | Max Operating Temperature |
N30-N54 | 80℃(176℉) | N30UH-N45UH | 180℃(356℉) |
N30M-N52M | 100℃(212℉) | N30EH-N38EH | 200℃(392℉) |
N30H-N52H | 120℃(248℉) | N32AH | 220℃(428℉) |
N30SH-N45SH | 150℃(302℉) |
The grade of sintered Nd-Fe-B permanent magnetic material consists of the main name and two kinds of magnetic properties. The first part is the main name, which consists of the chemical symbol ND of neodymium, the chemical symbol FE of iron and the chemical symbol B of boron. The second part is the number in front of the line, which is the nominal value of the maximum magnetic energy product (BH) max of the material (in kj/m3). The third part is the number behind the diagonal line, which is one tenth of the coercive force value of the magnetic polarization intensity (in KA/m), The values are rounded to the nearest whole number.
Example of grade: NdFeb380/800 represents a sintered neodymium iron boron permanent magnet material with a maximum (BH) of 366~398kj/m3 and an Hcj of 800KA/MR.
