PET Coating 300GS Rubber Ferrite Magnets For Elevator
Rubber Ferrite Magnets For Elevator
Rubber magnets are made by mixing rubber with ferrite powder. The absorption capacity is much weaker than anisotropic ferrite magnets, but these products can be easily processed after purchase as they can be cut with a pair of scissors or a knife. Using their properties, rubber magnets are widely used around us for stationery, DIY crafts, and manufacturing products.

Features of rubber magnets
Can obtain higher magnetic properties than isotropic sintered ferrite magnets (about 30% improvement).
Post-processing such as undercutting, cutting, punching and bending can be easily performed.
Size and shape can be freely selected from large area magnets to slender shapes.
Due to their elasticity, automatic pressing into motor housings (e.g. micro motors) is easy.
Main applications of rubber magnets
Like almost all rubber magnets, magnetic profiles are usually "customized" (based on the customer's design) because of the low cost of the required equipment. They are typically used in the following areas.
Refrigerators
In the publishing industry
In advertising
In booths and pop-up windows
Multi-pole magnetic profiles are often used when perfect adhesion between two poles on a relatively small surface is required.
Magnetic sheets, due to their flexibility, are also used in the production of
Low performance electric micro motors
