Sm 2 Fe 17 N x rare earth permanent magnet material has excellent endowment magnetic properties, its saturation magnetization strength reaches 1.54T, comparable with Nd-Fe-B's 1.6T; Curie temperature is 470℃ (Nd-Fe-B's 312℃), anisotropic field is 14T (Nd-Fe-B's 8T) are higher than Nd-Fe-B material, its corrosion resistance, thermal stability and Its corrosion resistance, thermal stability and oxidation resistance are all better than Nd-Fe-B material. The thermal stability and oxidation resistance are also better than Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet material, which becomes a new generation of rare earth permanent magnet material. However, the industrialization research on coercivity mechanism, chemical composition optimization, nitriding process and high performance magnet preparation is still incomplete, and a lot of work needs to be done to optimize the magnetic powder processing process and develop new binder and molding methods.
