Our Rain Spray Test Machine adopts a multi-nozzle matrix layout. The distance between the nozzles has been precisely calculated to ensure even coverage over a large area. At the same time, each nozzle is equipped with an independent pressure adjustment device. When simulating heavy rain with high water pressure, the system will monitor the flow rate of each nozzle in real-time and automatically fine-tune the pressure to maintain uniform spraying and eliminate local differences.

Not at all. This machine has a preset scene mode function, with common combinations of rain intensities and angles pre-set. You can switch with one click. If further personalized adjustments are needed, the parameter setting interface uses visual graphic operations. Simply drag the sliders and input values. Even with frequent scene switching, you can complete the settings quickly.
3. In a harsh environment laboratory with high humidity and high temperature, how is the anti-corrosion and anti-aging ability of the equipment? Some of our special industry tests have a very harsh environment.
The whole machine shell is made of metal with a special anti-corrosion coating, which can isolate the erosion of hot and humid air. The key electronic components such as internal circuits and sensors are sealed in a moisture-proof and heat-insulating protective cabin and coated with anti-aging insulating paint. After strict environmental simulation tests, it can run stably for a long time.
