FD-GT-3 digital Ultrasonic rail flaw detector is the latest hand-pushed digital ultrasonic rail detection instrument. The instrument is equipped with global positioning system (GPS) and built-in storage device to record the whole process of flaw detection. The data can be easily imported into the computer through the SD card, so as to realize data management easily

A&B scan display

FD-GT-3 has type-A and type-B scanning, among which type-B scanning is the side view of the rail, which can clearly distinguish the distribution and direction of defects. Type A and type B display mutually assist each other, easy to complete the ultrasonic inspection of the rail.

Easy defect location using GPS system

The FD-GT-3 recorded all the data of the operation, including operation time, location, detection speed and distance. All information can be continued on the computer management, and can generate inspection reports directly printed.
