Technical requirements:
1.The instrument measuring rebound value must use energy 4.5J test hammer. The rebound hammer impact length is 100mm. The spherical radius of top of rebound pole is 18mm. The test hammer must have certification of manufacturer and detection institution. It must have product name, type,manufacturer name or brand, manufacturing number and date of production.
2. Test hammer must confirm following standard status: ①Horizontal impact. When impact unhooking, the impact energy must be 4.5J,. ②When the hammer impact the impact-pole, impact spring should be free status, and impact-hammer at the position of 0 point. ③On a test anvil of HRC 60+/-2, calibration value should be 88+/-2.
3. Work temperature of the test hammer should be (-4+40) ℃.
