HCDX-I Portable Multifunction Magnetic Particle Flaw Detector

Introduction:

HCDX-I composite magnetic powder flaw detector adopts silicon controlled contactless switch, with low noise, strong magnetic force, long service life and simple operation, suitable for field and laboratory use. The instrument adopts combined configuration, and users can choose probe freely according to their needs.

Application:

Mainly used to detect surface and near surface cracks of ferromagnetic workpiece.

Boiler pressure vessel, steel structure, forgings, castings, welding parts, machined parts, etc.

The standard probes introduction for model HCDX-I:

Type D probe (electromagnetic yoke probe): equipped with movable joints, can magnetize and detect the surface workpiece.

Type A probe (horseshoe probe): suitable for all kinds of fillet weld, large workpiece inside and outside corners of local magnetization inspection, equipped with working lights.
