GB/T 33364-2016 6 Strand 6x61N,6x91N Offshore Mooring Steel Wire Rope is is composed of independent wire rope core (IWRC) or wire strand core (WSC) and constructed in right ordinary lay(s Z) or left ordinary lay(z S) .It is made of high tensile strength steel wire.Due to its light weight, high strength, can withstand impact load,it is mainly used for removable offshore,such as positioning and anchoring of mobile drilling platform, floating production unit and offshore loading system. Because of ocean condition,when it is used for mooring systems, the six-strand wire rope is expendable and needs to be replaced every few years.
