Description:
GB/T 33364-2016 Four Layer Full-locked Offshore Mooring Steel Wire Rope has high density coefficient, up to more than 0.9, for all kinds of wire rope crown; Compared with the ordinary wire rope of the same diameter, the total breaking tension is about 65% higher. It is constructed in right lay or left lay,it mainly used for long tern mooring,such as positioning and anchoring of mobile drilling platform, floating production unit and offshore loading system which longer than 5 years. It The whole wire rope is similar to a round rod, the supporting surface is large, the pressure per unit area is small, the stress distribution is uniform, and the service life is long. The surface is smooth and sealed, the outside air and water is not easy to penetrate the inside of the wire rope, and the internal lubricating oil is not easy to lose, can prevent the corrosion of the internal wire.
The adjacent layer of steel wire twist to the opposite, has good non-rotation (see non-rotating steel wire rope), large twist distance, small structure elongation.
