Description:

This product integrates fusing, splitting and wiring. It can realize direct fusing and divergence of optical cable. It is suitable for terminal access of client and wiring connection of optical communication equipment. Through the adapter of box, optical signal is drawn out by optical hopping wire to realize optical wiring function. It can also be fused with the household optical cable after the splitting wire is opened and coiled to realize the direct function of the optical cable and meet the needs of the traditional transmission network engineering.

Installation procedure:

1:Install adapter on flange rack.

2. Peel off the fiber optic cable, remove the outer sheath, inner sheath, loosening pipe, clean and remove the oil filling paste in the cable, leaving 0.8-1.2 m fiber length and 30-50 mm steel core; the fiber optic cable passes through the entrance, tighten the fiber optic cable with a tie, and fix the reinforcement core.

3: The optical fiber is introduced into the disc core to be reserved and coiled, and the end is led to the welding groove.

4. The PLC shunt is installed in the core chute, and the tail fiber is arranged by the core and inserted into the bottom box adapter. The end of the tail fiber is led to the weld groove, which is fused with the heat-shrinkable pipe, and the protected fiber connector is clamped into the cloth chute.
