Impact-modified PA6 blends elastomeric phases to triple notch impact strength at -40°C. Ideal for sports gear and cold-chain logistics containers, it maintains dimensional stability across -50°C to 140°C thermal cycles.
Retains PA6’s inherent benefits (high strength, abrasion resistance) while addressing weaknesses like moisture sensitivity or brittleness.
Competes with metals and more expensive polymers (e.g., PEEK) in high-stress applications.
