VACOFLUX 27 High Saturation Magnetic Alloy for High Performance Actuator Systems
VACOFLUX 27 offers the highest saturation of all Fe-Co alloys. What's more, it shows an excellent ductility. It is available as hot-rolled, forged bars, cold rolled strips as well as cold drawn wire. Due to the relatively low electrical resistivity, it is commonly used for static applications.

All stamped laminations or machined part must be magnetic annealed after fabrication to develop acceptable magnetic properties.
Anneal part at 760-900°C for 2 to 4 hours in dry hydrogen or vacuum at cool at 80-300°C/h to 300°C
All parts must be cleaned before annealing.
